The Shelter
Our shelter is located in St Johns Square, attached to Blackpool Church in the town centre and is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
It has 8 emergency bedrooms available to anyone aged 16-25 in Blackpool and surrounding areas without a safe place to sleep. Here you can get a shower, wash your clothes, get a meal and a good nights sleep in a safe and trauma informed environment.
Each person has a lockable room with access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
No referral is needed, just present at the shelter shortly before 7pm any night and if a bed is available, its yours!
The team are very understanding and will be happy to help you feel at ease in your new surroundings, along with providing a whole host of support to help you find more secure accommodation going forward.
