The Night Shelter

Our original Night Shelter opened in 1992 with 6 bedrooms.

After a full refurbishment with grant funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government we re-opened with a new purpose-built night shelter that can accommodate 8 young people.

The Night Shelter is open 24/7, 365 days a year and we provide a safe and friendly environment for vulnerable young people in need of emergency accommodation.

Each person has a lockable room with access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Young people are able to wash their clothes and have a hot meal with further support offered to them from The Base at 48 Buchanan Street
